We Gave Away an Electric Vehicle Just For Renting at Novus

One entrant will be selected as a winner. If there is one leaseholder for the winning entry, they will be awarded A Model 3 standard plus rear-wheel drive pearl white Tesla (approximate retail value: up to $55,000 plus applicable taxes and not less than $52,990) and free parking for one year (“Tesla”). Free parking will commence at the time the Tesla prize is awarded and the Leaseholder brings the Tesla home.  One parking space at a monthly cost of $150 per month will be assigned to the winning leaseholder who is awarded the Tesla prize. The $150 parking fee will be deducted from the total amount owing by the leaseholder on the first of each month.

If there are more than one eligible leaseholders in the winning entry, then the cash value of the Tesla prize (up to $55,000) will be divided equally between the leaseholders named on the lease agreement.

The contest closes once 200-unit leases are signed or on December 15, 2021 at 7 p.m. EST, whichever comes first.

The Novus Electric Vehicle Contest draw date will take place two business days following the Novus Electric Vehicle Contest end date. The draw will take place at 11 Ordnance and will be a random draw from all eligible entries.

The selected winner will be notified within five business days of the draw.

Before declaring a winner, the selected entrant will be required to:

• Be a current leaseholder at Novus
• Correctly answer a skill-testing question
• Sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form
• Comply with the Contest Rules and Regulations

The contest closes once 200-unit leases are signed or on December 15, 2021 at 7 p.m. EST, whichever comes first.

The contest closes once 200-unit leases are signed on or before December 15, 2021 at 7 p.m. EST, whichever comest first.

Odds of winning the Tesla depend on number of eligible entries received before contest closes, but are limited to a maximum of 200 entries.

Contest begins on August 25, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. EST. The Contest ends on the earlier of the date on which 200 entries are submitted or December 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
